Beauty comes in many forms…

…and today it presents itself as an award.

This award was presented to me from a rather beautiful & inspirational woman who writes under the name of NJGIRL, you can find her blog at njgirl197329.wordpress.com. I ENCOURAGE you to check her blog out.

NJGIRL writes with true conviction, she shows strength & courage in every one of her posts & I am truly appreciative for the presence she has in my life. Being a TBI survivor, she offers great insight & inspiration through what only can be described as immense fighting spirit. You give a voice & compassion to the global TBI community (one which is sadly growing) not just here in the blogging world but also through the work you do with the FB support group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/Brainscramble . You are a very talented & gracious individual.

A big THANK YOU from the tips of my toes 🙂

As it is Brain Injury Awareness month, I thought I would nominate this award to other TBI survivors & their incredible blogs which I follow (these are not all, Njgirl, has already bestowed them the award 🙂 ) Some are blogspot & I have yet to work out how to subscribe properly, but I do check in regularly 🙂

Oh drats! I gave this post 5-stars after reading only the part you beautifully wrote about NJGirl, only now did I see the nomination for my blog…there was no intention whatsoever for any sort of self-promoting (ha – like I have the energy and brains to do that!)

Thank you. And thank you for sharing those links, I do follow some of them and will happily check out the others too. (And I’m with you on not quite sure how to follow or subscribe to some blogs.)
