Thought of the week 19th March 2012

This quote typifies what I should have been doing over the past few weeks, instead of:
- Wishing I could turn back clocks
- Willing ill, on those that had wronged me
- Accepting instead of examining my life of recent times
- Listening to my body & slowing down, not ignoring & trying to speed up

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have”
- Eckhart Tolle 1948 to present
German writer, spiritual teacher

  1. Love this – thank you for sharing. It is a timeless message. I was just thinking on this very idea the last couple of days…about how am I treating this very moment? Am I making this present moment an easy one or a difficult one? If I looked back, would I regret not embracing the moments I had been given? Lots to think about!

    Blessings, Love, & Peace,

Sorry for not mentioning this sooner, I’ve been in way over my head lately. I know you know what I mean. :)
